Global Director of Logistics & Fulfilment

📋 Description

• Build and scale global fulfillment network (strategy + execution).
• Own and optimize Parcels logistics end-to-end (inbound to last mile).
• Manage 3PL and carrier ecosystem; negotiate terms and governance.
• Define standards with partners: SOPs, WMS data integration, ERP migrations.
• Lead S&OP cadence and inventory planning; drive visibility.
• Build dashboards and operating rhythms across markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior logistics/fulfillment leadership in e-commerce or food.
• Multi-country logistics with multiple 3PLs and carriers.
• Warehouse design/optimization (pick/pack, repack, layout, capacity).
• Cross-border/pan-European parcel network experience.
• Experience in a global matrix organization.
• Strong analytics: KPIs, dashboards, root-cause, S&OP.
