📋 Description

• Act as DRI to advance products through internal approval and APL workflows for commercialization
• Accelerate the introduction of products in the region by removing barriers, identifying enablers
• Monitor commercial readiness milestones across countries and provide executive-level updates on
• Align launch activities with 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategic and revenue objectives.
• Work closely with the business units and commercial teams to help achieve quarterly and annual
• Lead and Partner with Finance, Commercial, Regulatory, Business Unit, Manufacturing and other

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of product development, lifecycle management, and commercialization.
• Proven project management expertise; success in complex, matrixed environments.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate and agility in a high growth environment.
• Advanced certifications in project management or commercialization (preferred).
