📋 Description

• Develop and execute transportation and logistics category and sourcing strategies aligned with
• Lead and support end-to-end sourcing events, including market analysis, RFI/RFP execution, supplier
• Manage transportation supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, service levels, contractual
• Analyze transportation spend, shipment data, lanes, cost drivers, and market conditions to identify
• Partner with Logistics, Supply Chain Planning, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Legal, and
• Leverage procurement technologies, market intelligence platforms such as Xeneta and DAT, digital

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience across procurement, transportation, logistics operations, consulting
• Minimum 3 years of direct transportation or logistics procurement experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading sourcing events, negotiations, and contracting across multiple
• Strong strategic sourcing and category management capabilities with an understanding of
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including experience developing business cases, financial
