Global Head of AI Deployment & Partner Delivery (US)

📋 Description

• Lead and grow the global AI Deployment team, set direction, priorities, and standards
• Hire and develop deployment leaders and practitioners
• Build one deployment method, from discovery through handoff, followed by Dust and partner teams
• Define which deployments Dust leads and which partners deliver
• Set entry/exit criteria, go-live readiness checks, and track delivery health metrics
• Run delivery reviews and resolve at-risk engagements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience leading and developing customer-facing deployment or delivery teams
• Experience leading complex enterprise deployments or transformation programs with measurable
• Built or significantly improved a deployment methodology, professional services model, or delivery
• Led organizational change alongside technology rollouts
• Understanding of how systems integrators, consultancies, and implementation partners operate
• Experience building enablement or certification programs
