📋 Description

• Lead and develop a globally distributed team of Regional Training Leads and Training Coordinators.
• Define and continuously improve the global training architecture, including scalable curricula
• Own and update training strategy and standards across all operational geographies, ensuring local
• Maintain the mechanism for converting operational insights, safety findings, and product changes
• Establish, monitor, and report on key metrics that prove training effectiveness, readiness, and
• Serve as the final gatekeeper to ensure operators meet all performance and safety thresholds prior

🎯 Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in training, capability development, operations enablement, or
• Built and led structured training programmes across multiple sites, regions, or countries.
• Demonstrated success designing scalable onboarding, certification, and recurrent training
• Can translate operational, product, or safety requirements into practical training content
• Strong track record of data-driven performance and quality improvement.
• Thrive working cross-functionally to align training with business needs.
