Global HR Operations Specialist - India

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end onboarding process of new employees, following internal Service Level Agreements
• Ensure all necessary paperwork, documents, compliance checks, and systems access are prepared
• Provide ongoing support and act as the primary point of contact to provide guidance to new hires
• Manage end-to-end offboarding process of new employees, following internal Service Level Agreements
• Act as the subject matter expertise to advise on the offboarding laws and regulations to ensure
• Coordinate with the payroll department and local vendors to ensure accurate final pay to the exit

🎯 Requirements

• 6 years+ of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of EU Region HR processes and local labor laws
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing global environment
• Comfortable being in a client-facing role
• Strong organizational skills
