📋 Description

• Create and maintain a comprehensive global HR portfolio that provides visibility into strategic
• Define a practical portfolio taxonomy, minimum data standards, ownership expectations, and
• Connect the portfolio to the People Strategy & Transformation team's wider mandate.
• Ensure the portfolio reflects strategic alignment, clear outcomes, and realistic delivery
• Lead the evaluation and recommendation of technology platform to house the global HR portfolio.
• Define business and user requirements for a portfolio solution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project
• 5-10 years of progressive HR experience including portfolio management, governance, transformation.
• Demonstrated experience establishing and using an HR portfolio for prioritization and decision
• Experience designing and running business reviews focused on outcomes and value.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build clarity.
• Strong influencing skills in matrixed global organization.
