📋 Description

• Lead liability solutions origination and client relationships.
• Own sourcing, evaluation, and execution of reinsurance and capital solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on deals (investments, pricing, legal, ops).
• Shape strategic proposals and lead client dialogue; mentor juniors.
• Manage end-to-end deal processes; own commercial agenda.
• Build and articulate the strategic narrative and bespoke proposals.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10+ years in M&A/structuring in IB, (re)insurance, asset mgmt, or PE.
• Deep experience in insurance M&A, corporate finance, capital markets.
• Direct experience structuring/executing (re)insurance transactions.
• Ability to own client relationships; lead origination-to-close.
• Strong leadership, communication, mentoring; work with senior stakeholders.
• PowerPoint/Excel proficiency; comfortable with AI-powered tools.
