📋 Description

• Development and delivery of technical training programs for Medical device segment employees.
• Supporting the Training team in the preparation and maintenance of core training courses related to
• Routine administration support to competence and training team including training certificates
• Conducting peer reviews and marking assessments for trainee exercises.
• Supporting the Training team in scheduling training sessions and tracking the progression and
• Proactively maintaining current and in-depth knowledge of relevant medical device regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Teaching & Mentoring Skills: Ability to effectively impart knowledge and support the learning
• E-learning and F2F Training: Proficiency in both online and face-to-face training methodologies.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Internal Client Focus: Prioritising the needs and expectations of internal stakeholders.
• Project Management & Teamwork: Ability to manage projects and collaborate within a team
