📋 Description

• Partner with operating leaders and key stakeholders to develop and implement robust Lean and
• Drive cultural transformation by embedding Lean behaviors, principles, and tools across the
• Develop and implement best-practice Lean visions, strategies, policies, processes, and procedures
• Apply Lean methodologies including 5S, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, Single Piece
• Facilitate Kaizen events and apply structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to address
• Provide project management, analytical, research, and professional advisory expertise to support

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Bring at least 10 years of experience implementing Lean methodologies in dedicated Lean roles
• Demonstrate strong practical expertise in Lean methodologies including 5S, Standard Work, VSM
• Possess strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities, along with proven experience
• Demonstrate experience with manufacturing transformation, continuous improvement, automation
• Have strong project management, analytical, communication, presentation, and
