Lead, mentor, and manage recruiting coordinators across multiple offices
Own internal recruiting programs including interviewer enablement and onboarding
Own Tier 1 operational backlog: requisitions, ATS data upkeep, interview plan maintenance
Design and implement process improvements to reduce friction in recruiting operations
Partner with Recruiting Operations on ATS architecture and data integrity
Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards on coordination performance

🎯 Requirements

5–8+ years in recruiting operations or coordination with progressive leadership roles
Proven success building/managing a coordination team in fast-growing environments
Deep ATS expertise (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and workflow automation
Strong analytical mindset to drive process improvements
Excellent cross-functional communication across recruiting, People Ops, and hiring managers
