🎯 Requirements

7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs
Experience with global People infrastructure (geographic expansion, entity formation, M&A
Hands-on operating style with bias toward action
Strong stakeholder management and judgment
Clear, direct executive communication
Strong AI fluency
