📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Partner Experience and Partner Sales to
• Monitor partner certifications and overall program compliance proactively, ensuring accurate
• Support the end-to-end rollout of global partner enablement initiatives, assisting theatre Alliance
• Troubleshoot partner access challenges regarding portals, learning management systems (LMS), and
• Analyze enablement metrics and performance indicators, generating structured reports to identify
• Maintain a centralized repository of enablement content and assets, ensuring all materials remain

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Information Technology
• 1-3+ years of experience in partner enablement, training coordination, talent development, partner
• Proven ability navigating and updating learning management systems (LMS), partner portals, and
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a track record of interacting
• Highly organized self-starter who can manage logistics independently while remaining integrated
