📋 Description

  • Support the design, launch, governance, and ongoing management of a scalable global partner program.
  • Translate strategic program objectives into clear execution plans, milestones, dependencies
  • Coordinate complex cross-functional workstreams involving operations, marketing, IT, legal, sales

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Operations, or a related field; a Master’s
  • 12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience, in partner programs, channel
  • Strong project management capabilities, including planning, dependency tracking, risk management
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives across regions, time zones
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-ready
  • Strong ability to translate broad strategic objectives into practical execution plans and

🎁 Benefits

  • Annual hiring range of $121,300–$175,009.56.
  • Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill
