📋 Description

• Build and lead a high-performing global organization of regional Partner Technical Success
• Collaborate with the Global Experience Leader, Customer Success, and Product Engineering teams to
• Serve as the senior technical sponsor on Appian's largest, most complex global enterprise
• Design and co-chair a monthly and quarterly Partner Technical Governance Board alongside Appian's
• Oversee the global team's contributions to Appian's AI tooling for partners, ensuring field
• Partner with Appian's Enablement, Product Engineering, and Customer Success teams to guide the

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical
• 10+ years of leadership experience in technical professional services, partner engineering, or
• 3+ years of direct experience managing and scaling high-performing global teams of enterprise
• Proven track record of designing, building, and operationalizing technical partner programs across
• Deep proficiency in Enterprise Software Architecture, platform infrastructure, cloud deployment
• Exceptional executive communication and negotiation skills, capable of commanding technical respect
