Global Partnership Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end relationships across the ICP and CPA networks — onboarding, escalations, periodic
• Act as escalation point for service failures: payroll delays, contract errors, missed statutory
• Negotiate fees, engagement letters, and SLAs; maintain the partner master register (coverage
• Source and run structured evaluations of new partners where coverage is missing or the incumbent
• Serve as the internal source of truth on partner capability for Sales, Finance, and the expansion

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in EOR, PEO, global payroll, or global mobility, including managing third-party vendors or
• Experience managing professional service providers across multiple jurisdictions
• Proven commercial negotiation on rate cards, engagement letters, and SLAs
• Practical grasp of employment compliance and statutory obligations across jurisdictions
• Comfort operating across many time zones with non-native English speakers
