🎯 Requirements

  • 3–4 years in paid media or performance marketing, ideally B2B FinTech/SaaS.
  • Experience in a sales-led GTM with ABM and enterprise buying cycles.
  • Hands-on with paid media platforms; end-to-end campaign architecture.
  • Analytical; interpret performance data, run tests, derive actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and holding partners to performance.
  • Proficient in CRM, MAP, and ABM platforms.
