Global PubSec Transaction Attorney

📋 Description

• Advise on and negotiate public sector commercial agreements, including federal, state, local, and
• Support transaction strategy for public sector deals in the U.S., APAC, and EMEA, coordinating with
• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, order forms, amendments, DPAs, security exhibits, procurement
• Identify and resolve commercial, legal, privacy, data protection, security, and compliance issues
• Partner with internal teams to create and improve scalable contracting processes, playbooks
• Help evaluate RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and other procurement materials.

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of legal experience, with substantial time spent on public sector transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating U.S. federal and/or state and local government contracts.
• Working knowledge of APAC and/or EMEA public sector or regulated commercial contracting preferred.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, software, or technology procurement strongly
• Familiarity with government procurement concepts, public sector compliance constraints, and common
