📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage Global Recruiters assigned to the maritime sector.
• Supervise sourcing leads, Talent Community management, and candidate phone-screening activities.
• Develop and implement sector-specific recruitment strategies.
• Shift recruitment toward proactive talent sourcing.
• Use volunteer personas and candidate motivators to tailor recruitment messaging.
• Build and maintain relationships with international professional networks.

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of recruitment experience, including leadership of global teams.
• Experience in technical recruitment preferred, particularly maritime.
• Proven ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates.
• Experience working across different time zones, cultures, and international stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical skills with recruitment metrics and dashboards.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and ATS; Greenhouse preferred.
