📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage Global Recruiters assigned to the maritime sector, ensuring recruitment
• Supervise sourcing leads, Talent Community management, and candidate phone-screening activities.
• Promote continuous learning and professional development through regular feedback, coaching, and

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of recruitment experience, including demonstrated leadership of global
• Experience in technical recruitment is preferred, particularly for maritime or other specialized
• Proven ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates and develop effective talent
• Experience working across different time zones, cultures, and international stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics, manage dashboards, and
