📋 Description

• Build and own Faire's physical safety and security program.
• Oversee security operations, events, and facility access.
• Lead travel risk management and executive protection efforts.
• Define scalable standards, governance, and incident response.
• Partner with People, Legal, and Workplace teams as a cross-functional lead.
• Serve as foundational hire shaping long-term safety vision.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years in corporate security or related field.
• Experience building security functions from scratch.
• Deep expertise in physical security systems and planning.
• Experience with travel risk programs and EP vendor management.
• Policy writing that is clear, implementable, and scalable.
• Strong judgment and collaboration with HR, Legal, and Workplace.
