Global Sales Coach

📋 Description

• Coach sellers one on one, spending most of the week with individual sellers on their development
• Run a recurring one-on-one coaching cadence against a written individual development plan
• Build coaching programs with the manager, including segment-appropriate variants for Enterprise and
• Contribute reusable assets (playbooks, call frameworks, role play scenarios, certification rubrics)
• Support large-scale training events (e.g., sales kickoff, bootcamps, product launch enablement) by

🎯 Requirements

• Seven or more years in enterprise or commercial software sales, sales management, or sales coaching
• Direct experience with both large-deal Enterprise and higher-velocity Commercial/mid-market
• Track record of coaching adults to behavior change, with measurable improvements
• Fluency in at least one recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, Strategic Selling
• Strong CRM discipline to distinguish data problems from deal problems
• Comfort with the enablement stack: CRM, conversation intelligence, sales content management, and a
