Global Security Operations Center 2nd Shift Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee designated GSOC shift operations and provide direct supervision to applicable GSOC
• Provide shift supervision, quality assurance, leadership, and execution of GSOC functions
• Supervise the appropriate initial response to a security incident on site, or to a severe global
• Supervise and ensure compliance, training, and certification of all GSOC analysts on shift of
• Mentor and train new team members through on-the-job training ensuring that they have a full
• Evaluate and develop assigned staff. Provide periodic performance feedback and yearly performance

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required. College Degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in such areas as security operations and/or intelligence
• Prior public or private sector security experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary and the ability to effectively work
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills required; experience with maintaining administration level competencies in
