Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator

📋 Description

• Conduct proactive, continuous monitoring and operational checks of Genetec Security Center, CCTV
• Assess and validate alarms using available video, access-control, site, and contextual information
• Document, route, track, and escalate physical-security system issues through resolution
• Process approved physical-access and credential requests, perform identity-verification steps
• Conduct authorized after-hours virtual escorts
• Serve as initial intake and coordination point for physical-security, life-safety, and

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in GSOC/PSOC environments, dispatch center, emergency operations center
• Working knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, alarm monitoring, incident
• Experience with Genetec Security Center or comparable platform
• Experience with Ontic, Jira, Slack, Google Workspace or comparable systems
• Demonstrated ability to assess risk, prioritize competing events, make timely decisions, escalate
• Ability to maintain sustained vigilance and manage multiple systems and communication channels
