Global Senior Manager of Benefits, Wellbeing & Mobility

📋 Description

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of our benefits offerings across all regions and countries of
• Thought leadership in the emerging space of corporate wellbeing, driving greater impact and
• Responsible for the design and ongoing oversight of benefits administration including health
• Managing mobility policies, including the international relocation program
• Responsible for measuring the impact of wellness programs to improve employee health and ensuring
• Ensure the proper resolution of escalated benefits issues and oversee policies related to vacation

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience managing multi-country benefits in a corporate environment and/or relevant
• Fluent/Advanced English; Spanish is strongly desired
• Proficiency in Google suite of office products
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal rules and regulations as they relate to benefits management
• Highly skilled in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with all levels of employees
