Global Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Solutions Engineer for Sophos’ global MSSP program and strategic partner
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, architecture workshops, demonstrations, and proofs of
• Help partners design and scale managed security services using Sophos Fusion and the broader Sophos
• Advise partners on service architecture, integrations, automation, operational readiness, and
• Act as a global subject matter expert for Sophos AI security solutions, including AI Defense and
• Lead demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of value that help customers and partners evaluate AI

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Security Architecture, security
• Experience supporting MSSP sales, partner engagements, service architecture, or managed security
• Strong knowledge of modern security operations, including MDR, XDR, SIEM, SOAR, endpoint security
• Deep understanding of MSSP business and technical models, including the requirements for delivering
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, generative AI systems, AI application
• Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, integrating, operating, and troubleshooting
