📋 Description

• Own month-end close for cost accounting across segments and entities.
• Lead inventory reserve management and reconciliation activities.
• Drive cost variance analysis; identify root causes with partners.
• Support standard cost processes and ERP BOM reviews.
• Prepare management reporting packages for cost data.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and support SOX audits.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance; CPA/CMA a plus.
• 3+ years cost accounting or manufacturing finance experience.
• Solid GAAP; inventory accounting, variance analysis, close processes.
• ERP proficiency: SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar.
• Analytical, detail-oriented; strong data reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel; formulas, pivots, lookups; AI analytics tools a plus.
