Global Supply Chain Analyst

📋 Description

• Own month-end close for cost accounting; post entries, accruals, reserves, allocations.
• Lead inventory reserve management; review reserves and support inventory reconciliations.
• Drive cost variance analysis; monitor variances and communicate findings.
• Support standard cost processes; assist ERP BOM reviews and cost uploads.
• Prepare management reporting; analyze cost data and variances.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness; support SOX and audits.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CMA a plus.
• 3+ years of cost accounting or manufacturing finance experience.
• Solid GAAP foundation; inventory, standard costing; SOX familiarity.
• ERP proficiency; experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills; complex formulas, pivots, lookups, data analysis.
• Collaborative and curious; growth mindset; cross-functional teamwork.
