Global Supply Manager

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the engineering team to determine current and future sourcing needs and procure
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing vendors
• Identify risks in the supply chain and define and execute mitigation strategies
• Identify and execute cost reduction opportunities based on a deep understanding of manufacturing
• Manage financial and budget outlooks and reporting for the team

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with new product introduction (NPI) of electromechanical products
• Solid understanding of what it takes to build a responsible and sustainable supply chain
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with deadlines, complexity, and competing priorities
• Ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization
• Comfortable negotiator and can hold vendors accountable for meeting cost, quality, and lead time
