Global Supply Manager, Propulsion

📋 Description

• Design and scale existing and novel supply chains for complex machined components
• Lead sourcing and supplier management for custom machined components and major vehicle structures
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies including supplier selection, long-term agreements, and
• Partner cross-functionally to influence design for manufacturability and align procurement with
• Drive supplier performance through risk management, contract negotiations, and milestone-based
• Mentor and support team members in precision machining processes and supplier development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement
• Demonstrated experience managing suppliers for complex aerospace or advanced manufacturing
• Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing milestone-based agreements
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (LN, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, 5-axis milling, turning
