📋 Description

• Build and continuously maintain country-level EOR knowledge covering labor relations, payroll &amp
• Verify legal and labor-relation content jointly with the Legal team; lead cross-functional
• Own the final execution standard (what we internally call L3) and the data governance of our JUNO
• Act as the business lead for knowledge-driven automation: structure verified rules into scenarios
• Track project progress across every collaborating team and report status, risks, and blockers to

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, International Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in staffing, global payroll, or EOR / contingent workforce
• Working knowledge across the full third-party employment picture: labor relations, payroll &amp
• Experience building or maintaining an operational knowledge base, and coordinating cross-department
• Fluent English, spoken and written — required. You'll be reconciling knowledge across countries and
• Sharp attention to detail — you notice when two sources of "truth" quietly disagree.
