📋 Description

• Develop and communicate a clear, legible strategy and roadmap for Command within Asana’s product
• Own the business plan and operational metrics, including adoption, retention, engagement, and
• Build, lead, and scale a customer-centric cross-functional organization spanning product
• Drive overall product quality, performance, and developer trust in close partnership with
• Define how AI Teammates and the Enterprise Work Graph create differentiated workflows for technical
• Establish clear go-to-market positioning, packaging, and enterprise proof points to drive

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and
• Experience as a GM, product executive, founder, or equivalent leader with clear ownership of a
• Deep familiarity with software development workflows, including planning, issue or ticket
• Experience building products for both individual practitioners and enterprise buyers.
• Experience taking a product from early product-market fit toward repeatable enterprise growth.
• Experience applying AI to real customer workflows, particularly where durable context
