GMP Compliance Specialist & Customer Support (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Support building GMP department and create/maintain GMP documents (SOPs, work instructions)
• Support method validations, qualifications and implementation of new processes
• Handle customer inquiries scientifically, support customer service and sales
• Perform GMP-compliant review of raw data, evaluations, and analytical results
• Release and review analysis results and test reports
• Support OOS, OOT, deviation investigations and organize audits/inspections

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or related natural science
• 2-5 years of experience in analytical laboratory environment
• Experience in GMP-regulated or pharmaceutical industry advantageous
• Strong communication, organization, and conscientiousness
• Independent, structured and responsible work style
• Very good German and English skills
