Go To Market (GTM) Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Commonwealth GTM programs across sales, launches, and ops.
• Own forecast management; drive consistency and accuracy.
• Develop enablement programs; define standards for 'what good looks like'.
• Establish consistent trials, handovers to CSMs/PSO, and execution.
• Track program performance and report wins, challenges, and improvements.
• Align CSMs, PSO, SEs, Marketing, and Enterprise for GTM execution.
• Collaborate with regional teams to accelerate adoption across Commonwealth.

• Program management for GTM initiatives and product launches.
• Forecasting, pipeline tracking, and renewals management.
• Design and deliver enablement programs and handover processes.

• Data-driven, KPI-focused with ability to drive improvements.
