• Plan, launch, manage, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display
• Manage advertising campaigns across multiple international markets and adapt strategies to
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, targeting, budgets, keywords, and ad copy to
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and develop scalable, well-structured campaign architectures.
• Write, test, and refine conversion-focused ad copy designed to maximize user acquisition.
• Analyze campaign data, key performance indicators, and return on investment to identify trends

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on user
• Proven experience managing substantial Google Ads budgets of €100K+ per month; experience with
• Strong analytical skills and a highly data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to write compelling, conversion-focused advertising copy.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads optimization, including bidding strategies, targeting, keyword
• Experience working within a marketing or performance marketing agency environment.
