Lead multiple government contractor client engagements, serving as a trusted advisor on accounting
Provide guidance related to FAR, DCAA requirements, Cost Accounting Standards, indirect rate
Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, indirect cost rate calculations
Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand services
Advise clients on DCAA audit readiness, compliance assessments, process improvements, and
Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, forward pricing rate development, and proposal pricing

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA license preferred
8+ years of experience supporting government contractor clients
Demonstrated experience in public accounting, consulting, outsourced accounting, or other
Experience with government contract accounting software such as Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, PROCAS
Experience leading client relationships and managing multiple concurrent engagements
