📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the enterprise GRC program.
• Lead compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, PCI DSS.
• Maintain policies, standards, and control documentation.
• Conduct enterprise and vendor risk assessments.
• Develop AI governance framework and assess AI risks.
• Prepare for audits and manage remediation plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-8+ years in Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
• Experience managing SOC 2, HITRUST, PCI DSS.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and PHI protection.
• Experience with AI governance or responsible AI.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.).
