📋 Description

• Own the regional planning cycle, including market sizing, segmentation, prioritisation, demand
• Translate strategic priorities into 90-day, annual and multi-year roadmaps with clear milestones
• Build business cases that connect customer needs, market opportunity, product capability
• Establish the operating cadence and single source of truth for pipeline, performance, risks
• Diagnose performance gaps and recommend whether to scale, pivot or stop initiatives based on
• Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing and country teams to align priorities, resolve

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience across strategy, business planning, commercial operations, GTM or strategic
• Proven ability to develop plans, forecasts and prioritisation frameworks, and to turn ambiguous
• Experience with commercial ownership, such as GMV, revenue, P&L, pipeline or unit economics
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing and
• Experience developing or managing complex partnerships, with the ability to assess partner fit
• Clear, concise and structured communication, with the ability to explain complex ideas in English
