Graduate Talent Sourcer

📋 Description

• Support targeted sourcing strategies to identify high-quality technical talent
• Research and identify candidates for engineering, data science, AI and credit risk roles
• Learn how to use sourcing tools and platforms to find both active and passive candidates
• Support candidate outreach and develop engaging, personalised messages
• Work closely with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine
• Build and maintain well-structured talent pipelines within our ATS (Ashby)

🎯 Requirements

• 0–1 years' experience in recruitment, sourcing, research, or a similar role, including internships
• A strong interest in technology and curiosity about how different technical roles and skills fit
• Excellent research skills and an ability to find relevant information from different sources
• Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple searches and pipelines
• A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbally
• Curious and proactive, with a willingness to ask questions, learn, and try new approaches
