📋 Description

• Review and evaluate graphic design samples using a data-labeling platform and quality criteria.
• Assess typography, readability, hierarchy, font pairing, and color usage.
• Evaluate visual hierarchy, composition, balance, spacing, and grid usage.
• Assess quality of icons, illustrations, imagery, and other assets.
• Rate color palettes for harmony, contrast, accessibility, and effectiveness.
• Maintain consistent 1–5 rating scales and objective judgment across tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Formal training in graphic design or 2–3 years professional design exp.
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, hierarchy, layout, and visual comms.
• Ability to critique work against professional standards, not personal taste.
• Experience reviewing designs or providing feedback on creative work.
• Attention to detail, visual discrimination, consistent judgment for repetitive tasks.
• Self-directed, focused, and capable of calibration with others.
