• Skills: Figma; Adobe CC; AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini); Jira optional.
• Portfolio: strong digital campaigns portfolio.
• Creativity: typography, composition, aesthetics.
• Collaboration: excellent communication and quick iteration.
• Education: degree preferred but not required with exceptional portfolio.
