GRC Program Manager

📋 Description

• Design and scale GRC processes across Commercial, International, and US Government.
• Partner with compliance, security, and dev teams to implement regulatory standards.
• Coordinate FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001 audits and evidence remediation.
• Maintain audit timelines, control status, and continuous monitoring.
• Drive cross-team collaboration to deliver GRC outcomes across the lifecycle.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable workflows and tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Must work from the country listed and be within commutable distance to Palantir office.
• Willingness/eligibility to obtain a U.S. security clearance preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing enterprise GRC programs.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, DoD CC SRG, or FISMA.
• Strong stakeholder, auditor, and regulator relationships.
• Risk management methodologies and third-party risk programs.
