📋 Description

• Keep communities clean, beautiful, and welcoming
• Pick up trash, clean pet waste stations, trashing out apartments
• Perform planting, weeding and maintenance of outdoor spaces
• Use hand tools and operate equipment (including backpack blowers, power washers)
• Operate golf carts/trailers
• Assist with light painting, housekeeping tasks, or supporting maintenance as needed
