Managing and growing a book of business and management of associated account team(s)
Set team direction ensuring the team has necessary resources and facilitate individual team
Strategic consultation, client relationship management, agency advocacy, financial management
Oversee the development and maintenance of financial documents (scopes, forecasts, reconciliations
Review jobs supporting new strategies
Work in lockstep with project managers and effectively troubleshoot issues that arise

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
7 years of agency experience
May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays
Preferred: Local to Boston, MA
Preferred: Pharma/healthcare agency launch experience
