• Successfully completed degree, ideally in business, marketing, or science; further qualification
• Several years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a comparable strategic role
• First leadership experience and enjoyment in developing and inspiring teams
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry and strong understanding of the healthcare
• Proven experience in internationally oriented, strategically relevant projects
• Experience in managing omnichannel and digital marketing initiatives
