Group Controller

📋 Description

• Partner with business units to ensure timely, accurate preparation and review of financial
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting practices and lead the implementation of standardized
• Support internal and external audits and annual statutory filings, ensuring financial information
• Oversee the accurate recording of revenues, operating expenses, capital expenditures, and reserves
• Provide accounting analysis and guidance on significant transactions, including acquisitions
• Support business reorganizations by assessing and implementing changes to processes, controls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA or equivalent accounting
• 10+ years of accounting or finance experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements
• Hands-on experience with Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting is preferred
• Strong financial and accounting expertise combined with sound commercial understanding and
• Experience improving financial processes, systems, controls, and reporting to increase efficiency
