🎯 Requirements

Master's degree in a relevant field
8-12 years in data governance, master data management, or data product leadership
Direct experience holding formal decision rights or arbitration authority across business units
Proven track record as accountable named owner of a cross-functional data domain
Business-value orientation: treat governance as a means, not an end
Hands-on experience defining data ontologies, taxonomies, master data strategies, and data contracts
