📋 Description

• Hold binding decision rights on shared data definitions and master data standards; arbitrate
• Own the unified customer view end to end, delivering in stages and proving value within 90 days
• Define and maintain ontologies, taxonomies, and reference data, sequencing work by business urgency
• Own delivery of core internal data products as investments with business cases and clear SLAs
• Ensure new features and workflows capture data correctly at the source; partner on data lineage and

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• 8-12 years in data governance, master data management, or data product leadership, including direct
• Proven track record as accountable, named owner of a cross-functional data domain
• Business-value orientation: treat governance as a means, not an end
• Hands-on experience defining data ontologies, taxonomies, master data strategies, and data contracts
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influence up to CFO/CMO level, including chairing a steering
