Group Deployment Lead

📋 Description

• Own deployment outcomes. Drive speed to production, deployment quality and customer value across
• Resolve critical challenges. Act as the first senior escalation point, challenge deployment plans
• Stay ahead of risk. Identify struggling deployments early, remove blockers and keep delivery moving.
• Lead and develop your people. Manage performance, coach Deployment Strategists and Forward Deployed
• Scale what works. Share knowledge across pods, encourage reusable solutions and turn recurring
• Shape new deployments. Partner with sales to qualify opportunities and define realistic scope

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience shipping software or deploying solutions inside customer environments as a
• Experience leading engineers or strategists, either as a formal manager or a credible player-coach.
• The technical judgement to challenge deployment plans, understand trade-offs and guide teams
• Credibility with senior enterprise stakeholders, including CIOs and department heads, particularly
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information, build
• German at C1 level or above, fluent English and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
