📋 Description

• Oversee daily operational performance across assigned client accounts (A/R days, cash performance
• Serve as senior operational point of contact for client stakeholders
• Translate client priorities into operational strategies and action plans
• Review dashboards and performance data for risks and improvement opportunities
• Lead corrective action plans for operational deficiencies
• Drive operational efficiency and reimbursement optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in hospital revenue cycle operations
• At least 5 years of management experience leading operational teams
• Advanced knowledge of insurance regulations, reimbursement practices, coding, and billing workflows
• Ability to resolve complex issues and coordinate corrective actions
• Strong executive-level communication skills
